Since starting my journey of managing my own Mental Well-Being nearly a decade ago, I've been on a mission to bridge the gap between Creativity & Wellness; to Live Colourfully! On the way, I became Human Design Certified, Trauma Informed & a Somatic Practitioner all in an effort to empower people to Find, Understand & Nurture their inner Creator.

As a self-taught artist born into creativity through my own life's challenges, I promote embracing imperfections, Creative Flow, Curiosity & Play, and authentic self-expression. I believe that anyone with a passion should feel empowered to create so they too can Live Colourfully.
